"Blaize(Blaze, Blaise, idk?), my angel, please forgive me for taking so long to write this review. I had an easy, fast, and enjoyable experience with this State Farm branch. Blaize helped me over the phone is less than 20 minutes. He asked me pertinent questions about my policy without being pushy about add-on services. He was able to reduce my current rate to almost $70 less. He asks you about your life and is empathetic. Obviously he was raised right and possesses good customer service skills. Progressive sucks, they added someone to my policy without my knowledge!"
